Composition: Oak bark.

Recommended use: pour 1 teaspoon of scattering (2.0 g) with 1 glass of boiling water (200 ml), leave for 15 minutes, strain, take 1/2 glass (100 ml) for adults once a day during meals.

Duration of use – 1 week. Store the finished infusion in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding, tendency to constipation.

For sweaty feet: brew 100 g of oak bark with 2 liters of boiling water, leave for 60 minutes, strain through cheesecloth. Pour the resulting infusion into a basin, immerse your feet or hands for 20 minutes. To eliminate sweating and unpleasant odor, at least 10 sessions are needed.
