Terms & Conditions

This document includes the terms and conditions for using the online store “Zooplus” (www.zooplus.ge), registered by LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia” in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. The agreement is concluded between the customer and LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia” and is mutually binding.

Within this document, the privacy policy, and other internal regulations, LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia” will be referred to as “Zooplus”.

The Zooplus website terms and conditions, along with all amendments and internal regulations, constitute a unified document and are considered a single agreement concluded with the customer.

By registering on the website, the customer confirms that they agree to these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, as well as the return and exchange policies.

Definition of Terms

  • Zooplus – LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia”, Identification Code 204563784, Address: Tbilisi, Davit Kipiani St., N23

  • Customer – a legal entity or an adult (18+) natural person

  • Account – the customer’s personal profile on the website

  • Registration – creation of a personal account

  • Direct Marketing – offering products through telecommunication channels

  • Third Party – any physical or legal person

Registration and Authorization

To purchase products on Zooplus, the customer may register or place an order as a guest.

Required information: name, address, email, password.

Ordering and Payment

Payment is available via non-cash (online) processing.
Zooplus does not have access to bank card information.
After payment, the customer receives confirmation via email and SMS.

Delivery Rules

Delivery is carried out by LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia”.

Return and Exchange Policy

A product may be returned if:

  • it does not match the description

  • it is damaged

  • storage rules were violated

  • delivery time was breached

The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Delivery return time in Tbilisi – up to 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

Zooplus is not responsible for:

  • damage caused by third parties

  • website malfunction

  • issues resulting from the customer’s negligence

Marketing

By registering, the customer agrees to receive informational and promotional messages.
The customer may opt out by emailing info@zooplus.ge.

Copyright

All website materials belong to Zooplus.
The use of trademarks is allowed only with written consent.

Account Termination

If access is restricted, the customer will be notified by email.

Dispute Resolution

This document is regulated by the legislation of Georgia.
Disputes will be handled by Tbilisi City Court.

Changes

Zooplus reserves the right to unilaterally modify this document by publishing changes on the website.
