Telavi Marani Kindzmarauli 2022

The grapes are picked by hand when they are fully ripe. Leaves and stalks are carefully removed, after which the grapes are gently crushed.
The pure juice obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature between 23 and 28° C. When the must has reached the optimum stage, in which sugar and acidity are in balance, fermentation is stopped by cooling. This cooling is done to create a natural sweetness of the drink, which can still be called fresh.

Smell/taste:  Kindzmarauli is a wonderful, dark red, semi-sweet wine. This wine is silky and has a complex taste, which changes as it is drunk. In the full taste, a variety of flavors can be distinguished, such as cherries, blackberries and plums.
The pure and fresh variety in the taste ends in a very long aftertaste, which remains in the memory for a long time. Origin: Kindzmarauli is a protected designation in a small area in the Kakheti wine region

Serving: Kindzamarauli is also suitable as an aperitif. Serve the wine at a temperature between 8 and 12° C.
