Satrapezo Rkatsiteli Icewine 2019

This ice wine, made in eastern Georgia, at the foot of the Caucasus. The completely frozen Rkatsiteli grapes were picked in early December, when the outside temperature dropped to -9°C. It has a penetrating aroma of apricots, pear drops, honey and ripe peach. In the mouth this ice wine is very complex and remarkably stimulating with lively acids of fresh tropical fruit.

On the back of the beautiful bottle the winemaker states that you can drink it before breakfast 🙂
