Purcari 1827 Pinot Grigio 2021

The vineyard in which the Pinot Grigio grapes grow is now old and gives a top harvest. The rich climate with a lot of heat but also the right dose of coolness gives the harvest everything. The ripening process is therefore long and very balanced, which allows the Pinot Grigio grapes to absorb a lot from the powerful soil. When the grapes have reached their ripeness, they are harvested entirely by hand. Each bunch is checked to obtain the purest juice. In the smell, this Purcari 1827 Pinot Grigio gives impressions of green apple, pear and some fresh mint leaves. The taste is intensely fruity with often impressions of apple, peach, grapefruit and lime peel. The firm start in the taste gives a warm mouthfeel with refined soft tannins that make everything very exciting.
