Marani Telavi Tsinandali 2023

Tsinandali is a light, slightly green wine whose grapes have matured perfectly under the influence of a temperate continental climate. The grapes are picked by hand at the peak of their ripeness. Stems and leaves are carefully removed. Only the juice from the first pressing is used. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Further maturation takes place in small French oak barrels. Grape variety: this Tsinandali is the end result of selected, original Georgian wine grapes: Rkatsiteli 80% and Mtsvane 20%. Aroma/taste: the wine is elegant, complex and round on the palate. The bouquet has a hint of oak and is characterized by the scent of tropical fruit. Serving: this wine tastes perfect with salads, grilled fish, seafood and poultry.
