DoReMi Saperavi

The Saperavi grape has the reputation of ‘Black wine from the Caucasus’. This natural version of DoReMi is one of the toughest Saperavi’s we know. Made in the qvevri. Unfiltered, not clarified and with a minimum of sulphites.

Impenetrable dark red color. Deep dark fruit of blackberries and blueberries. Firm, almost thick juice. The tannin is now quite soft and the good acids keep it nice and drinkable. For those who dare: Drink with dry aged beef.
