Delivery & Returns Policy – www.zooplus.ge

The customer confirms that the purchased product will be delivered by LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia”.

 

1. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery in Tbilisi: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery price is displayed automatically on the checkout page.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery and contact information

  • Inspecting the product upon receipt

 

2. Product Returns

A return is possible if:

✅ The product does not match the website description
✅ The product is damaged
✅ The product is expired
✅ A significant delivery delay occurred due to Zooplus

 

3. Return Period & Procedure

  • Return request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be returned in full packaging (box/manual/receipt)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only to the same bank card used for purchase

  • Refund time: up to 5 business days

Zooplus reserves the right to refuse a return if:

  • The product has been used

  • The product was damaged by the customer

  • Parts of the product or packaging are missing
