The customer confirms that the purchased product will be delivered by LLC “Vet-Dez-Novatsia”.
1. Delivery Conditions

Delivery in Tbilisi: 1–3 business days

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery and contact information

Inspecting the product upon receipt
2. Product Returns
A return is possible if:
✅ The product does not match the website description
✅ The product is damaged
✅ The product is expired
✅ A significant delivery delay occurred due to Zooplus
3. Return Period & Procedure

Return request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product

The product must be returned in full packaging (box/manual/receipt)
